I think it depends the class as some use more elixirs than others, like how hunters, rouges and warriors are going to be using elixir of demonslaying, so in their case I’d suggest them to go elixir master.ĭon’t know how to finish this so I’m gonna end it here, hope this made you think. One of the key Aspects here is Stormclaw’s, which has Critical Strikes with Shred dealing 30-45% of the damage dealt as Lightning damage to the target and surrounded enemies. Which is good for a daily transmute but I feel that the the other masteries are much better if you aren’t in need of primal might that much.

I feel like the general consensus among players is to go transmutation master so you can expect to see a lot of primal might on the auction house (if they can get it off the vendor) i can see it stopping at ~30g per. Spamming Super Mana Potions and Mana Emeralds to keep my mana up every 2 minutes in a fight is going to consume a lot and being a potions master will offset the drain. If you look at it from a progression viewpoint it might not be the best but once you have the content on farm you’ll burn through more potions that you do elixirs (At least for me). Thinking about it like this makes me think that going Potion/Elixir master is better, that is if you’re planning on selling and using it for yourself.Īs a Mage I’m looking at what I use when I’m arcane and seeing as how mana consuming arcane is for Mages, being a potion master is probably the best mastery you can choose. So in total I’ll need 21 Primal Might to cover everything plus however many times I enchant my weapon. I’m starting to think about this myself, I thought that I’d be going transmutation master but I won’t have the Spellcloth and you only need 10 which is also ~10 days after that ill make them when i can on CD and it will slowly pile up if I choose not to sell.
